Revamp "Newsletters", "Send Email" and "Product notifications"

Those parts need a serious rewrite. The old files will be removed until new ones are ready.

Small glitch in sidebar

Sometimes sidebar has a glitch on page load (shows open and closes itself). Still coulddn't find a real solution. This is caused by css transitions being applied after page load in some occassions.

Language enable/disable

Until now you can only remove a language by removing the whole database entries. If at some point you want to temporary disable a language you have to mess with database directly.

You may also have several languages on your shop but only one or two in admin side; bith must be installed.
PURPOSAL: Allow languages to be enabled/disabled on shop/admin side.

shipping modules

Needs to be checked as the page throws some errors

Find out how to make modular all of the details pages

While pages with tabular data uses a solution that looks correct to me still need to find out how to make the detail pages modular with enough flexibility (ie. order, customer and product editing pages among others).
If anyone wnats to discuss new ideas please share here.

Revamp of attributes

Attributes admin page is one of the worst pieces of code oscommerce has. It neeeds a redo or a complete review on how to manage options for products. For now it will be removed until its revamp.
