SQ-1000 Assignment only to tracked aircrafts (automatic)

Your plugin is very usefull for vACC's who are using SQ1000, but it's also extremly anoying to those who doesn't. In Switzerland we do not use SQ1000 and get it assigned all the time as DEL.
Could you please reduce the automatic function to modify only "tracked by myself" airplanes?
That would help us a lot.
Or at least build in a LAT/LON filter to only assign SQ1000 to aircrafts which are in a certain area (eg LF-Airspace).

Make EQUIPEMENT_CODES and ICAO_MODES confugurable

Hi Pierre!

Looking into the future I think it would be a good idea to make equipment codes and especially the ICAO_MODES variable configurable since it is very probable that more and more regions will get added to the Mode S region in the future.

Also, we are right now looking into implementing this Mode S thing with our neighbors here in Austria and not everybody will be on board with this immediately and hence it would be nice to manage this using the plugin so our controllers don't have to remember the countries with which this is implemented.
