Resend Failed Emails

Hello,

Thank you for this awesome plugin. I think it would be great to have a feature to resend failed emails. For example, failed emails due to authentication issues.

Role chooser

Hello and many thanks for this wonderful plugin.

It should be great to have in the settings a role chooser to allow other roles than "administrator" to use it.

In my example, I'm on a WooCommerce store, and the "Shop Manager" is testing WooCommerce emails.

PHP errors in theme/plugin editor are hidden

Describe the bug
When the plugin is active, no more php error is displayed or logged in php error log file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. make an error anywhere with WP_DEBUG to true : (fakeFunction(); for example)
2. The error is displayed
3. Install and activate the plugin
4. the error disappears

Environment (please complete the following information):

• PHP version: 7.4
• WordPress version : 5.6
