Error "undeclared identifier: 'ma_decoder'" when compiling example

When compiling the example program on https://pietroppeter.github.io/paramidib:

It results in this error:

.nimble\pkgs\paramidib-0.1.0\paramidib\common.nim(11, 28) Error: undeclared identifier: 'ma_decoder'

This can be fixed by just updating the "common.nim" file with the newer one from https://github.com/paranim/paramidi_starter/blob/master/src/common.nim
