Hi,
Same thing here, a new pypi release would be very helpful. Thanks!
from django-mailer.
Bump.
This would be very useful
from django-mailer.
It seems about time to me too. How about version 1.0?
This package now has:
- Years of use in production
- Decent test coverage
- Python 3 support - I've been running it in production for a few days on Python 3 now, and all is good.
- Support for all supported versions of Django.
So version 1.0 sounds about right!
And, most importantly, being able to change my requirements.txt to a nice round number instead of git URL would give me a warm fuzzy feeling inside :-)

Before a release probably these are significant bugs to fix:
Everything else seems to be feature requests, or things can be worked around easily.
from django-mailer.
Let's do it!
Let's get #21 and #11 fixed and merged and I'll do a 1.0 release.
from django-mailer.
That sounds good,
can assist with anything else required.
from django-mailer.
Come on, why won't you update the PyPI ?

Until this is done, why not release/tag current stable commit to tentative version?
from django-mailer.
Any traction on this?
from django-mailer.
@jtauber do you need any help to get this done?

a PyPI release would be really nice
from django-mailer.
@spookylukey it seems that #11 is already fixed by looking at the code, should we just update the issue to reflect status of the code? Also #21 is done.
I am not sure if you are able to push releases or not to PyPI. @jtauber has @spookylukey been added as a maintainer to the PyPI listing? If not, can you do that so he isn't blocked with pushing a release out?
from django-mailer.
I don't seem to have edit privileges for the package on PyPI: https://pypi.python.org/pypi?%3Aaction=pkg_edit&name=django-mailer
If @jtauber can add me, I'll do this.
from django-mailer.
Is there any update on this?
from django-mailer.
@spookylukey what's your PyPI username? If it's "spookylukey", you're in. Otherwise let me know ASAP ;-)
from django-mailer.
Yep, "spookylukey", I have access now, thanks.
from django-mailer.
Sorry it took so long. And thanks @benkonrath for the final nudge I needed.

+1 :D

@jtauber Thanks!
