基本功能包括文本段子，内涵图片，用户登录注册，发圈子，发现段子手，产看我的粉丝及关注我的，关注他人，分享笑话等等；

Base基础类的封装，toolbar封装，错误页面及加载页面，未登录页面封装；
Rxjava + Retrofit + Okhttp 封装网络请求 ;
