Comparison to live-server or jspm-server?

Why use this library rather than live-server which seems to be much widely used? Hoping it's not just a not-invented here (NIH) syndrome...

https support would be a nice feature. Out of the box, react-redux-typescript-starter-kit uses this library. However chrome automatically redirects to https.

decouple dev-server from JSPM

seperate package into:

• hmr dev-server
• JSPM project initializer

How to use with react-router browserhistory

In order to work with browserhistory the server needs to serve index.html to all request, with the exception of actual static content of course. I did not find a way to solve this with jspm-hmr server. I'm currently using hashHistory but need to switch to browserhistory so I need to solve this somehow. Maybe I could try to make a PR if this is something you want to add?
