Transaction value hex string

_send_transaction (client.py) assumes that received value is always integer but it can be also hex string. If it gets hex string then it passes it without conversion and breaks on comparison with TT256 (line 65 ethereum\transactions.py).

Sending an external signed raw_transaction is not working/supported

What was wrong?

Sending a raw transaction that was externally signed seems to be unsupported. Are there any plans to change that?

I am trying to send a raw transaction over web3py connected to a running testrpc and I get the following error:
u'code': -32000, u'data': {u'message': u'\'\\xa0\\xb8\\x01 "yAI\xcd\xc2\xe6\x9b\x1f\x90\xb8@\xc2~\xef' is not in list', u'args': [u''\xa0\xb8\x01 "yAI\\xcd\\xc2\\xe6\\x9b\\x1f\\x90\\xb8@\\xc2~\\xef\' is not in list'], u'type': u'ValueError'}

The transaction is already signed, so the keys are not on the testrpc.
I guess the error is probably caused by https://github.com/pipermerriam/ethereum-tester-client/blob/master/eth_tester_client/client.py#L187, which does not seem to support externally signed transaction.
