I got new device, there is v1.13

I got the new device
There is version as '1.13' in printed paper.
But here is only 1.12
Can you push here missing commits for v.1.13

Print additional information on paper wallets

It would be useful to have the following additional information on each printed paper wallet:

• Something indicating if the printed keys were "remembered" by the device
• The current version of PiperWallet being pinted
• The encryption type used, if any, for the private key

Link to owner's manual from main website, include in source repo

It appears the owner's manual is not part of the source repository and hasn't been linked from the main website.

It would be useful to include such a link to http://piperwallet.com/owner/ from the main website or from the FAQ.

Implement BIP0038

Do you have any plans to include BIP0038 so wallets can be printed more securely?
