If Dallphin looks ugly or strange,

If you are using a laptop or an internal or external monitor with Ultra High Definition (4k UHD) using a higher resolution, you might experience the following problems in Dall-Phin.

  • Elements are too small or large compared to the rest of the desktop.
  • Elements such as icons, toolbars, text, and dialog boxes appear to be fuzzy or disoriented.
  • Blurry text appears in Dall-Phin interface.

You can solve these problems by applying one of the following solutions.

  1. Change the size of apps: You can right-click on the Desktop (background image) > Display Setting > Change the size of apps, text, and other items on the screen. (100%) (Figure 1A)
  2. Change the Java compatibility properties of Javaw.exe: You can find javaw.exe in C:\DAll-Phin\jre\bin in the Explorer and follow these actions: Right click > Properties> Compatibility tab > Change high dpi settings > Click override system settings. (Figure 1B)

Error: simulation of IV infusion

There is an error regarding simulation of IV infusion.
I believe that we should review the mrgsolve simulation code again.
After the infusion is finished, the concentration is increasing and this doesn't seem to work properly.

1. Simulation Time 설정법에 대한 질문/ 2. Full PBPK에서 CL 오류

0.9.0 ver 설치해서 실행해 보았습니다. 깔끔하게 잘 만들어진것 같습니다.

Basic info 부터 Final Parameters 탭까지는 적당히 값 입력해서 넘어왔고요.
Concentration Prediction tab에서 'Run Simulation' 버튼을 눌렀는데 아무런 결과가 나오지 않습니다.
Simulation Time 부분이 0.0으로 되어 있고 활성화가 되어 있지 않는데 이 부분 때문인것 같습니다.

참고로 Dosing Interval을 바꾸면 같은 값이 Simulation Time에 업데이트 되고 시뮬레이션이 잘 수행됨을 확인했습니다.
Simulation Time = Number of Doses * Dosing Interval 로 설정되어 있는것 같습니다.

같은 원리가 Full PBPK 파트에도 적용되는것 같습니다. 추가로 Full PBPK 시뮬레이션 하면 plasma와 tissue concentration 모두 계속 올라가다 떨어지지 않고 유지되는데 제가 입력한 input 값 때문인지 잘 모르겠습니다.

macOS 용 설치 파일 만들기

자바어플리케이션을 실행할 PC에 자바구동환경( 자바런타임 JRE )이 미리 설치 되어 있어야 한다는 약점이 있습니다.
이 때문에 자바 Swing/AWT등으로 작성된 GUI어플리케이션의 경우 어플리케이션 작성 후 Executable JAR파일을
윈도우용 실행 파일(exe) 혹은 맥용 설치파일(pkg)로 감싸는(Wrapping)하는 단계를 거치게 됩니다.

윈도우 용으로는 launch4j 가 있습니다만

맥용을 만들기 위해서는 다음을 참고합니다.

    • Result of CL predicted with MLP method (DallphinAtoM v0.9.8.5): 0.0224L/hr/kg (Human BW was setted as 60 kg)
    • Manual calculation: 0.0445L/hr/kg
