Toggle the canned replies list closed after selection

Title says it all, just close the list once a canned reply is clicked. Should improve the UX from the moderator perspective.

Add categories

Category support could be very useful. For example, categories to help separate canned replies into:

• replies for code snippets
• replies for account questions
• replies tutorials

Add support for template tags

It'd be excellent if canned replies could have some template tags. For example:

• {name} for the name of the person being replied to
• {agentname} for the name of the moderator posting the reply

Other things like that that allow for more personalized replies.

User specific canned replies

I think it would be nice if a user could set the canned reply to be specific to them only. Possibly using the 'private' attribute, or even a post meta field to allow that canned reply to only be edited/used by the user who created it?

It should also allow the setting to be removed, which would then make that reply available to all users who can use canned replies.

Admins would have full access to these private canned replies in the back end (for editing and removal in the case that the original author is no longer a user), but not have them listed on the front end.

What do you think? If this is something you think belongs in here, I'll try and code something up.

Add support for keyboard short cuts

It'd be amazing if canned replies could be inserted with a keyboard short code.

Perhaps some key combo plus the ID of the reply.

Mark reply as canned reply

A useful feature would be to mark a reply as Canned reply so that it is saved for future references.

Are you open to this suggestion? If so, I would try for a PR.
