Handle correctly Project Panel dockable window, make it persistent.

Solve one instance window: See Macroscript isChecked and CloseDialogs. See Macroscript scope.

Objective: Save and restore state when 3ds Max starts. Keep one instance, unless code rebuild. Add settings to make the auto-restart optional.

Aware of project folder change

The ProjectPanel window will know when the project have changed and update the folder and rollout controls.

List of scripts to execute edit

List of button with current project scripts. With options to add, delete, organize, execute and edit. A dynamic rollout that grows and shrink.
