Doesn't work with multi users

I can't find the plugin on Addons List

I can't figure out how to use the plugin, in recent version of Blender something could had broke it?
Or maybe is some OS related issue, since I am using macOS.

Please update this to Blender 3.5!

It doesn't properly install nor does it show up in the sidebar as a tab
