getorf gets it wrong

In 5% of cases getorf returns a non-coding sequence. Not sure what the problem is. Things that should be easy...

rcov dependency error in ruby +=2

Looks like there is an error associated with rcov in recent ruby versions:
Gem::Installer::ExtensionBuildError: ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

An error occurred while installing rcov (0.9.9), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that gem install rcov -v '0.9.9' succeeds before bundling.

Seems people are recommending using 'simplecov' instead?
