(Re)define fff macros that work with Catch

fff can be used as it is (and using the REQUIRE macro it is not bad as it is).

Although some convenience macros like TEST_ASSERT_CALLED, TEST_ASSERT_NOT_CALLED & TEST_ASSERT_CALLED_IN_ORDER would be nice.

Link Catch main file separately to improve compilation speed

Currently, the static catch main function is in the same file as the dynamic files of the mocks etc.

Use proper plugin interfaces instead of monkey patching

First draft just monkey-patches GeneratorTestRunner - maybe use DIY instead?

Provide statistics similar to 'OverallResults' on TestCase level.

As Testcases only provide 'OverallResult', maybe parse all Expressions and count success/failures to simulate 'OverallResults'.

Improve XML parser

Current xml parser does not interpret the relative positions in a testcase:

• At the moment the output of INFO and WARN macros are not interleaved with assertions, but are printed in front of each section report.

• Assertions outside of sections are not reported.

Even afer installing HappyMapper I had error cannot load xml_parser

I changed the statement "require 'xml_parser'" to "require 'nokogiri'" and then it works.

Integrate Catch reporting with Ceedling

Two possibilities:

• Either write a unity-like reporter for Catch
• Or replace the unity-parser with a catch specific one.

Using the second possibility nested sections might be better supported?

Redefine Unity Test macros so that CMock will work

Could be done in a 'catch_4_ceedling.h' header that also includes #include "catch.hpp"

But SHOULD be done using the :framework flag in CMock
