Support `--install` for alpine
ksync --install currently only works for CentOS based Linux distros.
A lot of our containers are based off of Alpine now.
The command for Alpine is apk add rsync.
Also, for Ubuntu it would need to be apt install rsync.
Not sure the best way to do the detection. Maybe we don't need to actually detect the OS and it is sufficient to just fail forward and try the next method.
yum install rsync || apk add rsync || apt install rsync
