Trustees menu admin disappears

Trustees menu seems to depend of the component, its current behavior is odd (disappears unless there’s a election component selected) -> issue improvement
also, disappears sometimes and appear again when you select on the voting component

The votings space does not work if there is no census

Although the census is not added, the election can be configured. In the steps of how to do the set up, it is not required.
Even so, when the election is open, it asks us for the form with the access code.

Two possible solutions:
1- You can vote without the need for a census
2- If there is a need for a census, add it as a step in the elections configuration
