Invite regular users by email

• Add form to bulk invite users from a CSV in the admin panel
• It should be possible to use the same document multiple times, and only the new rows should be picked up.
• It should be possible to resend invitation emails.

Change submenu

Submenu should be in the following order: i) Program; ii) Speakers; iii) Venues; and “Information” should be removed.

Export meetings

Add following columns:

• Meeting type
• Meeting location

Change meeting page

The order of information should be:

1. title;
2. a line with scope, category and comments (the "official meeting" and date of creation of event are not necessary);
3. Location and/or meeting URL.

Newsletter doesn't present "view on website" anymore

until upgrading to the new version, newsletters started the message with a "Can’t see this email correctly? View it on the website. " at the top of the email message. However this disappeared in the week of 25th of April, coinciding with the upgrade.

Conference hero banner should be reduced in size by roughly one half

Change registration workflow

• Don't allow participants to register, but allow existing participants to login
• Replace “Sign-up” with “Register” button that leads to a custom URL.
• Be able to toggle this customization.

Change "Venues" page

“Venues” should only display info about the venues and a map, no other information needed.

Meetings on november and desembre don't appear in the program

When you create a meeting in the conferences participatory spaces it appears in the program section. If you create a new meeting for november or desember, right not are not shown.
