Chain Truncation at Expiry of TX

The contents of the 'publish' TX should have a time limit. I propose 1 day to max of 6 months.
The max value could be a consensus parameter.

The idea being is that this expiry value causes the TX to be removed from the UTXO pool. The inputs are tally'd and to a daily 'flattened ledger' block. All previous blocks containing all expired TX can be deleted from disk. (maybe we make it non-compulsory to drop the blocks, but compulsory to retain the merkle roots of each block).

Peer to Peer protocol (node discovery)

I am interested in Kademlia as a peer discovery and routing protocol.

There is a twisted python (which is an event driven IO python library) library for the kademilia protocol. This could be used for NAT traversal and peer discovery.

Twisted python might be suitable event IO lib for such a network driver project.

There is also Pastry, Chord and Tapestry as possible for the p2p network
