This package is Lemmatizer, a web interface to Russian LemmatizerLib of
Seman.  It was written by Petr Machata (c) 2011.

Dependencies:
 boost
 fcgi
 clearsilver
 seman

Installation:

 lemmatizer: /var/www/cgi-bin/

 lemmatizer.hdf: /etc or $HOME of the user under which lemmatizer runs

 *.cs: the directory named in hdf.loadpaths as configured in
   lemmatizer.hdf

 html/*: these files must be found when hyperlinked with the path
   named in variable lemmatizer.htmlpath as configured in
   lemmatizer.hdf.

 The lemmatizer can be used with FCGI protocol as well as CGI.
