Busted on Linux

On macOS, SQLite receives, prints, and frees the error string fine:

./test.sh
+ echo '.load ./target/debug/libbasque'
+ sqlite3
String is at 0x7f847f4041f0
Error: error during initialization: Not yet implemented!

However, on Linux, free bombs because it's trying to free a pointer a few bytes away from our error string:

+ echo '.load ./target/debug/libbasque'
+ sqlite3
String is at 0x555fa54d2af0
*** Error in `sqlite3': free(): invalid pointer: 0x0000555fa54d2ae8 ***

Is this an issue with the width of a declared type somewhere, or another problem?
