Done. You can of course change the keybinds if you'd rather have it append by default.
Note that it will only add the entry if it wasn't already in the playlist.

That's a nice idea.
It wouldn't be possible without a separate menu in uosc (or wait for the implementation of secondary actions), but that's easy to add to the vanilla UI. Would be bound to Shift + select_binding.

Will try to add it soon.
