JMiner & CreepMiner support

Currently Aggregator can only handle submission from BlagoMiner and Scavenger.
Jminer and Creep will cause a "deadline submission has wrong format" error. Both of them don't send the unadjusted deadline via the URL query string. They only send the adjusted deadline in the X-Deadline header field.

Feature Request - SSL/TLS Connections

I would like to request a feature to enable aggregator to communicate over secure connections using certificates. This would help prevent network traffic from being profiled, manipulated, or disseminated while in-transit.

Wallet support

Currently Aggregator only works with pools. To make it work with wallets, the passphrase has to be forwarded and the (unadjusted) deadline parameter has to be removed from the URL query string.

bug on switch

switch case code in aggregator.go wouldn't be any response for updated case :
switch res := tryUpdateRound(&w, r, ip, round); res {
case updated:
case notUpdated:

should use switch case like this:

switch res := tryUpdateRound(&w, r, ip, round); res {
case updated, notUpdated:
