Rename source directory to views

As we already have a src (short for "source"), and to follow Laravel's conventions, we should rename the source directory to views.

Only use default class names if none are specified

At the moment this is geared towards working with the POD Point Internal UI Toolkit, if we were to Open Source this package or use it in some other projects which don't use the Toolkit, we would need to change the classes that are applied to elements by default.

We should only use these classes if none are specified, allowing users to specify their own if they don't follow the same naming conventions as us.

Travis needs setting up for this project

Also the tests seem to require access to the filesystem, this needs to be mocked.
