So if the baseUrl is changed, then would you also have to enter that new baseUrl for local dev? Seems like a hassle, maybe have a separate config option.

Ah yes.. Hopefully we can automate that somehow. I'm not super familiar with the addon config stuff but I think we may be able to get it to automatically add that as the baseURL when building for the production environment. Pulling the name from the package.json

When I've done this by hand, we've had to change our urls to this - https://github.com/softlayer/sl-ember-translate/blob/b34c0f4486c1e190d3fb7e8673e0410e8668f930/dist/index.html#L23

Have also had to change the locationType in this file from auto to hash so that is something that should be considered to be done on the fly as well for gh-pages versions of the demo application.

@notmessenger The way I've set up the gh-pages branch is that dist get's copied to the root on the gh-panes branch so that becomes unnecessary.

Though the locationType to hash probably needs to be set as well. I haven't set this up on any apps that actually navigate yet. I wouldn't be surprised if the pushState stuff from auto didn't work on gh-panes
