-Added TabControl to better organize varieties of tools

-Added Quick Dropdown in TabControl for image rotation

-Added sections to tabcontrol listed: Paint Tools, Filters, Stickers. (only "Paint Tools" has options currently)

-Removed Labled (red, green, blue) replaced with colored lines for better viewing

-Normal Drawing is broken only shapes can be drawn at the moment

-More saving formats need added

Known Issues:

-Save option [working on a fix]

-Eraser only erases to background color of software not image[Appears as additional drawing on image]
