FR: Browser window parameters

I think it could be useful to be able to pass parameters to the constructor so that we can control the window size, whether we want specific buttons to show or not, etc.

FR: locationChange event

We have the very useful getLocation method, but it would be even better to have the locationChange event :).
Since this extension doesn't seem to support events yet, I'm not really sure how one would add this functionality.
