GermaParl: Corpus of Plenary Protocols of the German Bundestag (TEI Format)

Apparently, there is a lack of structure in the original documents by the Bundestag concerning speeches in the printed protocols that were not given in session. Sometimes, these speeches are included in the appendix, sometimes included in the document body - but printed in italics in the pdf. Unfortunately, if the second variant is applied in the original document, the speech is included in the GermaParl-corpus (both TEI and R, v.1.1.0). So far, I couldn't figure out any logic when either variant is applied.
(speeches not given but included in document and corpus)

16/227 comes with another problem: Katrin Göring-Eckardt (as Bundestagsvizepräsidentin) is falsely marked as the speaker for a couple of speeches.
