Doesnt work after suspend

Small fix that i found and made for myself is creating script in /lib/systemd/system-sleep/ folder
Here is the script:

!/bin/sh

systemctl restart y50-subwoofer.service

Hope you come up with better fix

Make it work for Y700

I think it's pretty close, the hardware is likely very similar. Let me know what you need.

Presently using;

#define Y50_CTL_NAME "hw:0"
#define Y50_HWDEP_DEVICE "/dev/snd/hwC0D0"

No errors from the program (but no sub either)
