Run api server

cd api
npm run serve

Load initial fixtures

cd api
node tests/fixtures/loadData.js

Run web server

cd web
npm run serve

Production configuration

overwrite it using Environment Variables. See .env for more details.

As a invoice creator, I want to see project name on invoice list so that I can remember which invoice I should clone from.

Assuming I'm seeing 5 invoices from spacex, knowing which one is about which is useful.
