instead of deleting on ❌ reaction, edit the message

My idea here is since anyone can currently react with an ❌ to delete an embed from d.docs package, maybe instead of deleting the message we can edit the message to remove the embed (this achieves the original idea of this feature by removing the possible chat flood) and instead contain a link to the pkg.go.dev documentation in place of the embed. Best of both worlds, no chat flood and no human curiosity deleting someones help :p

This map is not guarded, and can be accessed concurrently by 2 handlers, or even the page garbage collector.

Would be great to have a ci pipeline for this bot that can automatically produce builds.
