strictParse

More strict way to parse input. With correct close order an all that. It could be slower.

Reset unfinished SGR value when new one started.

See broken sgr then correct one section of test case basic_bad_simple:

Wrap string literals to string_view and see if it will improve performance.

add toPlainText function

That function will jsut convert ANSI to plain text without any tags.

crashes on multiple calls to simpleParse()

It seems some variable are not cleaned up after exiting the function.

Correct processing of short versions of SGR

All common sequences just use the parameters as a series of semicolon-separated numbers such as 1;2;3. Missing numbers are treated as 0 (1;;3 acts like the middle number is 0, and no parameters at all in ESC[m acts like a 0 reset code).

Reset SGR parameter closes tags in different order they're opened

It would be good to made library stateless

Or at least some part of it

All internal state can be wrapped in structure and passed along chain of function calls. (thanks @VladimirMarkelov for idea)

This will lead to thread safety too.
