populate results from all fanart contests

hey there, the fanart contest result downloads are... inconsistent...
the problems i have is the downloadable art appear to be either one of those things per contest:

• only the fanart that got featured in-game
• all votable entries
• no download at all (so we have to rely on entires that got the osu!cookie)
• in case of contests 2-4, not main menu backgrounds at all

to make matters worse, this repository only includes the first fanart contest and some web stuff, which is not enough material to work with

my intent with all of this is to eventually make an osu! skin with all osu! mascots, but searching for that is a nightmare, especially that there's a lot of fanart of "Pippi Osu" on deviantART as well, which is an easter-egg character in Yandere Simulator
