Update copyright to reflect the current year

We should keep the copyright footer up to date.

the content of Resource Groups forgot introduce the maxRunning parameter

HI,
this article ，https://prestodb.io/docs/0.186/admin/resource-groups.html introduces the resource groups about Presto. But,did the writer forget to introduce the maxRunning parameter?

I test the resource groups, and find if i did not set the the maxRunning Parameter in
resource_groups.json ,the query will alway in Queued Queries. when I set the value to 2, the query will in Running queries. I think the value is 0 default.

In addition,the writer says hardConcurrencyLimit (required) meaning of maximum number of running queries. I this it does not work. May be it should be the maxRunning.

Get the navbar in the docs to match the new Prestodb.io look.

We are in the process to build a new website for Prestodb.io and we'll need to connect with someone who is in charge of the doc's template (it's generated in Sphinx then uploaded) to get the navbar in the docs to match the new Prestodb.io look.

Opening this as an issue for tracking purposes.

What is Presto page should have our short explainer video embedded at the top

Website should have an url redirect at /slack that redirects to latest Slack signup

For ease of invitation and consistency across future changes, we should have prestodb.io/slack redirect to slack signup, new links, articles, conference talks etc. can always reference this url which is easy to remember and share, and we can always ensure the redirect is to the correct page

Release bot not updating docs based on latest release.

We are on version 0.275 but https://prestodb.io/docs/current/release.html is not getting updated since the 0.273.3 release.

Seems the data for the new version needs to be updated in this file: https://github.com/prestodb/prestodb.github.io/blob/source/website/static/static/js/version.js

Raised PR #174 to fix this manually.

Remove quick links on landing page, link to Slack instead of IRC

The first set of quick links can go entirely. They duplicate the nav bar. Also update the IRC link to point to the Slack. The IRC is completely empty of anyone that matters as far as I can tell.

A big link to download is missing from home-page

I found nice at https://drill.apache.org/ the green "Download" button whereas at prestodb.io/ you have to dig in 2 pages to get the link :/ (I know I am lazy ^^).

Use docusaurus to add a blog

I talked with @ggreg about this and it seems like we can pretty easily use Docusaurus to add a blog and integrate it into the existing web site since it outputs static HTML and there are no unfortunate conflicts between the Docusaurus output and the existing site code.

I test out his branch #21 with symlinks to the Docusarus output and this seems pretty promising. The only trick will be documentation and getting the style to match the existing site.

Add release statistics to download and landing page

It would be a useful window into project activity. Include # of commits, contributors, and committers involved in the release.
