When I send a direct link to bot to upload on telegram it's give me the error

I can't upload the following URL https://botindex.discovery.workers.dev/0:/FastLinks/Shriek_If_You_Know_What_I_Did_Last_Friday_The_13th_2000_DVDRip_x264.mp4.
So please fix this issue.
