service[php-fpm] cannot be found on Ubuntu 14.04

As a test, I changed the fpm provider to notify the service php5-fpm instead, but it still says the service cannot be found.

Never mind, the php-fpm service had not been installed because I had not included the php::fpm recipe, I thought that the default recipe was all that was needed, silly me!
