Validate express input

Validate input using express-validator.

Implement missing ethers.js modules

Description

Implement all the modules of Ethers.js.

Actual behavior
Not all methods/modules of the ethers.js are supported.

The missing implemented module should be included in the ethers.js directory.

For every module, we have to create a typescript file with .ts extension.
One can submit a PR with a small module with some functions too.

Increase test coverage

We have to update the test coverage in the test section.

Implement missing web3.js modules

All the web3.js modules including subscribe, contract, etc. should be implemented.

The missing implemented module should be included in the web3.js folder.
