Browser support (isomorphic-version)

Hello,

Thanks for creating this amazing project! This makes using TikZjax much simpler.

I was wandering if the library could be modified in a way that allowed it to run both in node and in browsers. That way it could also work in environments that execute code in both runtimes(in my case SvelteKit).

Looking at the source, it looks like it relies heavily on node built-in modules to generate the wasm file. Could this step be skipped if those file were already present? I think they only need to be compiled once and then shipped to the browser.

Regarding the other imports: jsdom could be replace by the standard browser DOM, dynamically importing jsdom only if needed. Here is an example of a package that does that.
I think that svgo could be just omitted in the browser.
