Visibility option with same selector fails to show

For example:

        new ConditionalField({
            control: '#link-transition',
            visibility: {
                track: '#fb-pixel-container',
                overlay: '#fb-pixel-container,  #overlay-container']
            }
        });

This code example fails to show when when the value track selected in option field.
