So that corrective measures can be taken for better customer experience and which in turn will enhance customer loyalty and will improve business. * Starting from gathering customer feedback with just 2 SMS required from customer side system intelligently earn customer confidence by replying to his feedback mentioning rewards he earned for sharing feedback and that the feedback is noted. * System parse the free text feedback from customer and provide it in structured way using graphs to management. This helps management to quickly identify key areas they need to improve upon and the areas where they are doing good. Category wise view and real time NPS score presented to you all time at one click. * Along with Sharing Feedback through SMS we have made provision of sharing feedback through WEB using QR codes and our system will take care of all that data.

no fms_profile table in fms.sql

Hey Guys,
Love this project...
There's no example of the fms_profile table which is missing from fms.sql

Are you able to give me a sql statement or example of how the table looks and what fields are in it
