Add Testing pipeline

Aim to add testing can do the following

• Run automatically through github actions
• Should encrypt, decrypt and then check if the original matches the final image.
• In case of LSB Steganography should check the original message is retrieved.

Not experienced with python/python testing and want to discuss efficient methods in this thread.

Adding protection against timing attacks

Currently time depends on both size of key and size of image, while reducing dependence on image size might not be possible.
The time taken should not depend on the size of key.
