It should try....catch... for begin()

To keep the stack of process is normal.
If not catch and throw an error when begin(), the process.top, process.stack, token.frame will be mistake.

It should freeze / seal some `Proxy` class to prevent mixins.

• EngineProxy
• FrameProxy
• ProcessProxy
• Instruction::Token

It should export EngineProxy in index.d.ts

update api

1. Remove Crank.defineEngine().Extern;
2. Crank.defineExecutor(E: Executor): Executor;
3. Crank.defineEngine().defineProgram(P: Program): Program (defineProgram is static.);

** 2, 3 is for developer can use declared type when define executor or program in different file with defineEngine() or execute()
