Learning how to use Github - Advice welcomed!

I'm not sure if I'm doing things correctly here on Github. Any an all advice on directory structure, content, or anything else will be greatly appreciated!

Known limitations of initial uploaded version

The following issues were introduced when I ported the Windows 3.1 version to one that will run on Windows 10 operating systems:

1 - Cursor graphics function not working. In order to speed up the AI, limited user interaction is allowed when calculations are being performed. Instead the cursor was changed from an arrow to a number of different graphic symbols to let the user know what the AI was doing, internally. This function is therefore disabled so that only the usual Windows cursor (the arrow) appears.

2 - LPC not working properly. Linear Predictive Coding algorithm is not working properly. This is evidenced by intermittent appearance of distortions.

3 - The program locks up under certain sequences of saving training data, and then saving different training data. I believe this is due to a sloppy conversion of memory allocation functions that I performed as a part of this Windows 10 upgrade.

Fix Linear Predictive Coding feature extraction
