I think the changes for NPC is a good idea.
I think the standard is to have health start at 100 and stats start at 1. The health increases by 10 and stats by 1 until level 99? A generic set up I think. I don't know if anyone else had a different idea.
I really liked the locationType idea. Coupled with the npcs, it means that we could have all the npcs only appear in the city and the monsters outside, and define where are beginner zones and where are master ones.

Closed because it looks like the monsterFactory is mostly finished. Any problems related to this issue should become a new issue.
