This seems no longer to be a problem. Seems it was fixed with the locations.json file being copied when start is selected

OK done some more testing - it isn't fixing items in locations. That is still a problem
Looks like the issue is that the Game class is fetching the instance of the LocationManager which is not reloading the locations.
