C++ wrong values

The C++ compiler does not work properly.
For example: When I want to get the size of an array, it gives me the wrong value.

C++ Regex

Is it possible to use regex?
Because I used it, but it never matched. So I tried the same code with an online compiler and it worked.

C# return List<string>

When I want to return a List, the compiler gives me this as a error: "System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.String]"
How should I format the list, so the compiler can show me the content of the list?

C++ while loop on the blacklist

It is not possible to create exercises with the while() loop, because it is on the blacklist.
As a result of this, the code is not executable.
