Window is not centered for react rendered views

React rendered views are little bigger in size. But we do not re-center window when view is opened. iced-rs doesn't seem to have this functionality atm. another reason for fork?

Occasional loss of events from frontend

Examples:

• spamming button that increases counter that is displayed in UI.

Controlled inputs are being reverted back when a value changes too frequently

Possibly related to #2.
How does React DOM handle this use case?

Dev server doesn't detect changes in manifest

Keyboard navigation

Keyboard in iced-rs basically non existent and is only supported between input fields. We probably need our own iced-rs fork

Command entrypoint is only executed once

Currently command execution is done using dynamic import().
But imports are cached in Deno.
Quick and dirty but obviously didn't work.
