[BUG]: Ansible Collections

Description of the bug

Having the collections at /etc/ansible/collections could lead to unwanted issues.

We should probably move it to the local playbook directory

[BUG]: Log file location

Description of the bug

Currently the log is always written to /var/log/potos/ansible.log On a customer client this directory doesn't exists and we probably want to write the log to /var/log/<clientname>/ansible.log

Description

A pretask like

    - name: Write watermark file
      ansible.builtin.lineinfile:
        regexp: "^ansible_last_{{ runtype }}_run"
        line: "ansible_last_{{ runtype }_run: {{ ansible_date_time.iso8601 }}"
        path: "<somefile>"
        create: True

to keep track if they had been executed as intended

[BUG]: Virtual Env location

Description of the bug

Currently virtual env is at playbook location interfering with git.

Move vitual env in a dedicated directory to avoid all problems!
