Cannot add a member

Hi!
I cannot add a new lab member. Somehow there is a letter limit which I would exceed by 2 in the Email address of the new member. Is there any workaround?

The ".de" is missing and I cannot type in anything.

QCloud doesn't work for me

Hi!
We are trying to set up the QCloud running in our lab and I have difficulties - it doesn't work. I set up instruments on the websites and I can log in to the QCrawler on the PC and then it recognizes my saved Instruments. So I choose the folders for being monitored, then the upload takes place and then nothing happens on the website.

Here is the log:

Security ?

Seems that security is not a high priority.
Passwords are transferred without ssl ...
User input is executed on the server host unparsed ...

I better not add more information to give you the chance to fix things before others do bad things.

Qcloud views show empty

Hi,
I started using QCloud 2 months ago, but when I checked my view recently I am only seeing "No Data Available" in all screens. However, the local client is detecting my files, saying it has uploaded them and moving them to the processed folder, so I would think that it is working properly. I also checked that I am looking at the correct time frame. I have tried opening the website in both Firefox and Chrome. Any help welcome.

Hi,
I am currently testing QCloud for the proteomics service I run. This morning I tried to upload my latest QC files. However, the software got suck on my QC02 file. I closed and reopened it. Now, even after restarting the PC, I get the following error when trying to login:
[ERROR] Protocol error. Please contact QCloud administrator.
Any help welcome.
