Customization possible for loose matching?

Great package! 

I like the strict default that peter != peta. However, for my use case of matching German street names I would need a loose option where both equal another.

I ran a few quick tests where I noted that:

Roth == Rot but Rothstraße != Rotstraße and
Hardt == Hard but Hardtstraße != Hardstraße.

This is in line with your explanation in the Readme.

How would you deal with a looser matching where the above examples should equal another? Would you see this as a possible flag like mode = strict | loose or rather not?
In the latter case, could you provide some guidance where exactly one could add that option?
